NetCarb Technology utilises a scalable process where:

  • serpentinite is thermally activated
  • magnesium is dissolved and reprecipitated as a carbonate utilising a swing in CO2 activity
  • products (nesquehonite, silica and magnesium depleted rock) are separated for further use.

  • Utilisation of MgCO3 in new applications (building products, fire retardants, chemical production etc.)
