Naya is an accomplished Accountant with over 25 years of senior management expertise across various industries at regional and global scales. Her deep understanding of corporate governance and strategic relationship building has been instrumental in developing comprehensive strategies to overcome financial and operational challenges.

She has significant experience in all aspects of financial management, controlling, system implementation, mergers & acquisitions and organisational restructuring leading to enhanced profitability for both small and large organisations. Naya has also held pivotal roles as Treasurer on non-for-profit Boards, showcasing her executive acumen.

Some of her professional roles include working for Colgate Palmolive Chile (NYSE listed), as Finance Manager of CRC ORE and as Finance Manager – Acquisitions Integration for PeopleIn (billion-dollar ASX listed company).

Passionate about driving change to get the fundamentals right, she brings to the team a resourceful and practical approach, which enables priorities to be delivered in challenging environments.

Beyond her professional commitments, Naya actively engages in voluntary initiatives, offering strategic guidance to entrepreneurs. Currently, she is a small business mentor for the Queensland Government's Mentoring for Growth program, expressing her commitment to fostering sustainable business growth and development.
